Some rules are easier to show than to write. An editor shares one window, does a real task and talks; Claros turns it into a rule set, each rule in their own words with an owner. Nothing applies until they confirm it. This is one way to state rules; documents, connectors and Add a rule are the others. You need Chrome or Edge on a desktop: screen capture is Chromium-only.

While you work

Claros stays quiet while you type, read or speak, and asks only at a natural pause. All of these must hold:
  • the screen has settled for at least 1.2 s
  • nobody has spoken for at least 1.5 s
  • you aren’t typing or away
  • at most 5 questions per 10 minutes, at least 90 s apart
A question about a possible rule can skip the budget. Questions are short and about what’s on screen: what you changed, a limit, when you’d stop and ask someone.
“You sent the refund back to the card instead of the gift card — what made you do that?”
When Claros has a confident guess it asks you to confirm it instead of asking an open question. Anything it can look up (app docs, general knowledge, O*NET task data) it doesn’t ask. Turn on How Claros decided in the user menu to see why each question was asked and what was looked up instead.

Read back and confirm

Right after, in the same session:
1

Close the gaps

Claros asks what is still unclear: things not answered live, rules it is unsure about, unseen cases, and any disagreement with an earlier recording of the same work (When owners disagree).
2

Read-back

Claros explains the whole process back in under a minute. Each step highlights as it is spoken.
3

Correct or confirm

Correct anything and Claros reads back only the changed sentences. Say “yes, that’s how it works” to publish.
A bare “yes” never becomes a rule, and neither does “I don’t know”. If you leave early, the rule set is marked needs a second run.

Privacy while recording

Claros sees only the window you chose. Say “off the record” to pause watching and listening; say “strike that” to delete the last 30 seconds. Personal data on screen is redacted before any model sees it. See Off the record and PII redaction.

Languages

Voice and voice commands work in English, German, French, Spanish and Russian. Rules keep the speaker’s original words, with a translation.
